There are many chintzy two-, three-, or four- USB charge port gizmos for powering portable electronics (PMP, phones, maps) from the cigarette lighter electrical port. Chintzy, however, is a great kindness to the 'quality' options available.

One need only one HIGH quality micro-USB cigarette lighter charger and this Y power splitter. Sure with twice the draw from one electrical port there is reduced power output available to any one of two devices but it is

* better than nothing
