OK, i liked this item when I first got it. Loved it actually. So much that I went and bought 3 more of them. ALL of them died after about 10 - 12 weeks of daily use. A short develops in the mini/micro USB part of the plug. You can wiggle it for a while and get it to work, and after awhile that stops working too. I have tosed 3 of the 4 that I bought into the trash can.

Oh well, it was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The title pretty much says it all. I bought a similar product over a year ago, but it only charged the PDA. This one has a sturdy sync button on the cable (it's not visible in the photo) and an LED that shows connection has been made. I can now back up my T3 on my notebook, without having to carry Palm's bulky charging cradle.

The quality of materials and workmanship is well-above peccable. Palm could have gotten away charging (pun intended) $25.
