If you have a Tungsten Palm Pilot and your cable needs to be replaced this one works as well. It does not have a sync button but don't worry you do not need one to sync this with your PC. On your Palm Pilot you hit the hotsync button and then press the one in the middle and it automatically does the hot sync operation. It is that easy! The cable works fine and is a great replacement. I used to think that you needed a hotsync button on this cable....but you do not! The price is great and the customer service from this company is outstanding. I would definitely order from them again in the future.
