I've edited my original review, which you will find below. These are excellent cables CONCPETUALLY but they are not high quality. I keep the short one stowed away safely in my day bag for occasional use. I rarely even use that one but it no longer will charge any i-device. I use the long one in the car. If I twist it just so it will work, but otherwise it doesn't stay connected. Maybe I can find a sturdier version of the same concept. 5 stars for idea, not so much for quality.

Great alternative to the long factory cords. The shortest cord is a bit too short for using with USB car charge etc but for most purposes it is the perfect length, especially on the desktop. When the short one doesn't cut it, the longer cord gives the perfect amount of free room. Seems to be of about the same build quality as the factory cords.
