These cables are too thick to fit into a stacked SATA Asus WorkStation motherboard (2x4 inputs). I suppose round SATA cables are incompatible with stacked SATA inputs. The cable industry should give a "heads up" as far as fitment is concerned (dimensions). The customer is left guessing.

This is similar to fitting a HSF on the motherboard and in a particular case, even when most dimensions are given.
