Read the product description. I bought this to connect a USB computer to a PS/2 D-Link DKVM Switch. I didn't pay enough attention to the description that says it's for the D-Link KVM-440/450 KVM switch. This cable has the PS/2 and USB connectors on the same end although that is not clear in the description.

The quality seems to be typical of D-Link products and the video came through great on the VGA connector. I just couldn't use the keyboard and mouse.
